Business risks

Workplan/ Method Statement are set up in advance for control by IBX/TFM Manager/Supervisors.

Toolbox talks to be conducted prior any activity commencement. All related safety measures and procedures must be cleared and
discussed.

Provide proper signage and barricades on the work area for proper visibility of the activity.

Only have essential persons in rooms while works taking place.

Only competent technicians shall perform the activity. People who are not involved in the job (members of the public, visitors,
employees) should be isolated away from the activity.

Ensure there is a full visibility on the live equipment network cables when working near them.

Environmental risks

Use shoe covers and ensure shoes are cleaned via the provided sticky mats on-site to ensure any contamination from footwear will
be collected before entering the whitespace.

Use HEPA Vacuum Machines with suction cap for any drilling, cutting and any concrete wall penetration activities to avoid area
contamination

Use Air Purifier if applicable and if it is a must in the work location.

Toolbox talks to be conducted prior any activity commencement. All related safety measures and procedures must be cleared and
discussed.

Provide hoarding box or enclosure to the areas where civil or any concrete penetration works will be carried out to ensure and
metal or dust particles are contained properly and would avoid contamination.

Material cutting must be done only from outside the data center or on a designated area.

Maintain housekeeping and ensure any particles are cleared at all times.

Ensure that all the materials being or will be brought inside the facilities and whitespaces are cleaned and inspected properly by
TFM Staff, Vendor Supervisor and operatives.

Arrange a waste disposal bin in the work location to deposit all waste and debris generated in the work area to avoid contamination
and be shifted directly to the main waste bin.

Adequate PPE, tools, equipment, job specific training and supervision shall be provided.

Health and safety risks

PPE, tools, equipment's, environment shall be checked/inspected/certified for safety prior to the activity.

Only competent technicians shall perform the activity. People who are not involved in the job (members of the public, visitors,
employees) should be isolated away from the activity.

Adequate PPE, tools, equipment, job specific training and supervision shall be provided.

Toolbox talks to be conducted prior any activity commencement. All related safety measures and procedures must be cleared and
discussed.

Operatives must be trained in using specialized hand or power tools.

Inspect Hand tools prior use and ensure there is no damage which could cause Injury.
