ALLIANZ MARINE SERVICES

DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY

Allianz Marine Services has ZERO TOLERANCE (Zero alcohol / Zero Drugs) to drug or alcohol usein the
workplace.

Therefore possession, consumption, distribution, or sale of alcohol and/or drugs in any form is strictly
prohibited on AMS vessels, shore bases and offices. By violating this, the employee may lend him/herself
liable to summary dismissal/termination of employment, or other disciplinary actions.

The Company Maintains Zero tolerance with regards to the use of any drugs or alcohol (unless prescribed
by a medical professional) and as such any tests that come back showing any amount of drug or alcohol
content is automatically a failed test.

Allianz reserves the right to carry out unscheduled inspections to detect the presence of alcohol and/ordrugs
on Allianz vessels, shore bases and offices. Testing following accidents (and other incidents as deemed
necessary) or on a random basis is applicable to all AMS employees (sea-going or shore-based.)

Any employee involved in an accident shall undergo alcohol and drug testing onboard and ashore if
required. Similarly, testing may be carried out for any reasonable cause or suspicion should any employee
demonstrate suspicious and/or dangerous behavior individually or involving others. If a crew- member
refuses to take a test, that is to be considered as a breach of the Drugs and Alcohol Policy and the Crewing
Manager / Administration Manager shall be contacted to coordinate further actions.

The Master has the right to carry cabin search with regards to investigations involving breach of the
Drugs and Alcohol Policy on board.
All Allianz operated vessels should carry out random Internal Alcohol test on monthly basis , and
External D&A testing will be carried out once yearly by Allianz appointed medical facility .
Alcohol and drug testing will be performed either by trained AMS personnel or at a subcontracted
medical facility and any confirmed positive results, the person shall be subject to dismissal.
Employees of other companies, supplier and visitors are also required to observe the drug and alcohol
policy while on the company premises.

AMS acknowledges and adopts the direction given in Section B-Vlll/2 Part 5 – “Guidance on preventionof
drug and alcohol abuse” of The Seafarers Training, Certification and Watch-Keeping Code (STCW 95
Code).

AMS Management is committed to a safe, healthy, and productive working environment for all
