Access

SQUALL is now the unique platform for supplier quality, which gathers both non-Compliances and the
reporting module (now called “KPIs & Analytics”).
There is only a unique link which allows to access to all functionalities:
https://squall.gke2.ope.gcp.renault.com/

You can find the “KPIs & ANALYTICS” button in the menu bar at the top of the screen:

Please consider watching the tutorial video before trying to access it.
When asked for your identification, please click on the “IDP-Renault” button before inputting your
Supplier IPN and password:

Troubleshooting
Access rights

In case you can’t access the website, or the KPIs & Analytics module, please contact your ADF to
ensure you have the access rights, as follows:

SQUALL application gives access to the SQUALL platform:

SQU_CONSUMERS gives access to the reporting module:

Please note that after granting the SQU_CONSUMERS access rights, you will need to wait until the
next day before being able to access the tool.

No data displayed

In case you can access the KPIs and Analytics module but there is no data displayed, there may be
several reasons.
First, you can have a look at the filters:

 If there isn’t any value available, it probably means that there
isn’t any data to be displayed for the entity (or entities) attached to
your IPN. There is
nothing to be done
then, everything is
fine.

If there are some filters available, but all data look like
this 

Then it means that


there is no data to
be displayed on the
KPI you’re looking at.
In this case, you should be able to see some data in other KPIs, such as QR (Quantities Received) or
maybe GMF (after pressing the “refresh” button).

Consult all my Supplier Entities

In case you can’t see all your supplier entities in the filters, there might be 2 reasons:
• You may need to contact your ADF to ensure there is a functional attachment of your supplier
entities to your IPN, in the “Structure” menu of your profile.
Please note that it might take two days after this update before being able to access the data.
• There isn’t any data to be displayed. I there isn’t any issue for a supplier entity, it might not
appear at all.

No data after a certain date

The tool can only display data that exists. For example, in the Ranking cockpit, if there hasn’t been
any non-Conformity recognized since September 2022, then there will not be any data displayed
afterwards.
This is due to a limitation of our tool, and we currently can’t display “0” instead.

If you need to calculate your 3M-Average Ranking value in order to compare it with the Score Card,
and that it isn’t displayed, it is equal to the sum of ranking points on 12 months divided by 4.

No data in the GMF graphs

All GMF graphs will only be displayed if the “Refresh” button is pressed.

Below the main graph, you may see empty ones, such as:

These graphs are based on 3MIS values, for the selected month:

Hence, if there is no 3MIS values for the selected month, there will be no data displayed. It is normal
on recent dates, as we are looking at production months.
In this case, you can compare the month selected to the last dot on the 3MIS curve to know until
which date the 3MIS values are available.
