This year marks the 50th Nutrition Month which was observed since 1974 by virtue of
Presidential Decree 491 or the Nutrition Act of the Philippines. The National Nutrition Council
(NNC) celebrates this year’s nutrition month with the theme “Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa
Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat!”. As the Municipal Health Office aligns its goals and action
plans with NNC, we will also be celebrating Nutrition Day within the Municipality.

In line with this, the Municipal Health Office of ____________ will be conducting a
