AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

the law, depose and say:
1. That I am the lawful owner and possessor of a parcel of lawn with and area of
THIRTY THOUSAND (30,000) SQUARE METERS or THREE HECTARES (3
Has), located at ______ Philippines, with a Tax Declaration no. ________;
2. That my niece, ____________, likewise of legal age, and a resident of Sitio
__________, Philippines, is applying for a loan / mortgage and will be using the
said parcel of land with Tax Declaration as a collateral;
3. In consideration of the foregoing, I hereby signify my written consent, freely,
willingly and voluntarily to allow my niece to use the above-mentioned lot with
Tax Declaration as a collateral;
4. I am aware of the legal implications of mortgage and gave my niece the
authority she needs;
5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts as to my
undertaking to give consent to my niece _______________ to support her
application for loan / mortgage and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
