Accomplishment Report: Conduct of the 2024 Palarong Pampook

(NMRAA Meet)

Following the Memorandum from the Office of the Assistant Secretary for
Operations dated January 16, 2024, the 2024 Northern Mindanao Regional
Athletic Association (NMRAA) Meet was successfully conducted and hosted
by the Provincial Government of Camiguin from May 13-17, 2024. Misamis
Occidental Province, represented by its four divisions—Oroquieta, Ozamis,
Tangub, and Misamis Occidental Divisions—was among the seven provinces
in Region X that participated in this prestigious event. I was honored to
serve as a member of the Grievance and Protest Committee, a critical role
that underscored my commitment to maintaining the integrity and fairness
of the competition.

Throughout the NMRAA Meet, I actively addressed and resolved disputes

and grievances raised during the event, ensuring fair and transparent
resolutions in line with established guidelines. My role involved
collaborating with other committee members to review and analyze protest
submissions, ensuring decisions were made based on accurate
interpretations of the rules and regulations. This meticulous process was
essential in maintaining a high level of impartiality and professionalism,
which significantly contributed to the overall integrity and credibility of the
NMRAA Meet.

In addition to handling grievances and protests, I facilitated effective

communication among all stakeholders, promptly addressing concerns and
providing clear resolutions to any conflicts. This role required me to manage
and disseminate important information, ensuring that all parties were
informed and any issues were quickly resolved. My efforts significantly
contributed to the smooth conduct of the NMRAA Meet, ensuring a fair and
transparent competitive environment for all participants, thus upholding the
event's reputation for excellence and fairness.
