SYSTEM SUPPORT, MAINTENANCE, AND UPGRADE OF THE PSSP PLATFORM

StaySafe Systems Limited (SSS Ltd) has built, tested, and deployed the PSSP platform to Amazon Cloud
base for the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC). This Project commenced since November 2020 and has
long been completed.

We also successfully updated and handled all PSSP Review issues raised by the IT department of the NSC
as at July 2023, and we applaud your resolve to ensure that PSSP Complaint Portal is adequately used by
all concerned individuals, departments and agencies.

SSS Ltd has already sent a draft copy of the System Support Contract Agreement for your Team to review
and revert back so we can execute and engage formally with the NSC.

The table below highlights different Support options with Tenor and costs subject to revision in line with
current realities, and we advise that the NSC opt for Support Policy #5 in the first year. Linked to Support Policies 2, 3

It is pertinent that Nigerian Shippers’ Council notes the following clauses below:

1. The Support and Maintenance shall cover As Built only.

2. The Support and Maintenance does not support New Build or Any Upgrade
3. Any New Addition shall require StaySafe to review the Annual Support and Maintenance
Contract with NSC
