Komuraiah, both are R/o Maheshwaram village of Narsampet Mandal. On 16.02.2024 at 20.00
hours while the complainant went to the hotel of Nethunuri Uma, R/o Maheshwaram village,
meantime the accused A1 and A2 came there and A1 asked alcohol to the complainant, on that
the complainant told him that he doesn’t have money, due to which the accused A1 and A2
quarreled him and his friend Alakunta Sampath and abused them in filthy language and
beaten with hands and stones to them, due to which said Alakunta Sampath sustained injury

previous grudges in the mind quarreled him and his brother Peetla Raju and abused them in
filthy language and beaten with stones, due to which he sustained injuries to his head and left
eye brow and his brother Peetla Raju sustained injury to his head. Thus he requested to take

Narsampet in a rented room for their daughter’s education. on 16.02.2024 the complainant and
her daughters went to her parents home at Devanagar Narsampet to attend function and today
i.e., on 17.02.2024 at 07.30 hours her daughter’s came Narsampet and at about 09.00 hours
her daughter’s went their college, later afternoon the complainant came to Narsampet from
Devanagar and found her husband Sampath Rao, due to suffering with ill health from some
years and vexed on his life and consumed pesticide poison and oozed forth and died. Thus she
