of Narsampet Mandal, in which the deceased/mother of the complainant by name Lakkapelli
Saramma w/o Late. Achaiah, Age: 85 yrs, Caste: Madiga, R/o Garlagadda thanda H/o Rajupet
village of Narsampet Mandal. The deceased was suffering with paralysis and her two legs were not
working, due to her health issues she vexed on her life and on 15.01.2024 at 21.00 hours she
committed to suicide attempt by consuming poison at their home. Immediately the complainant
noticed the same and shifted her to Govt. Hospital Narsampet, from there she shifted to MGM
Hospital Warangal for better treatment, while undergoing treatment on 16.01.2024 at 21.20 hours
she was died. Thus he requested to take necessary action as per law. FIR Issued by M. Babu, HC-

village of Chennaraopet Mandal came to PS Narsampet and lodged a written complaint in
Telugu, in which he stated that on 20.03.2020 he and his friend Kolipaka Baskar s/o
Sambaiah, R/o Thimmampet village purchased each one 210 Sq. yards, total 420 Sq.
Yards in Sy. No. 299/B situated at the outskirts of Nehrunagar Narsampet from Mothe
Sampath reddy and got registered on their names. On 14.01.2024 at 15.00 hours due to
land issue the accused Donapati Sanjeeva Reddy s/o Narsi Reddy, Age: 60 yrs, Caste:
Reddy, R/o Thimmampet village of Duggondi mandal criminally trespassed in to their land
and damaged their land boundary stones with Axes and hammers, due to which they
caused loss tune of Rs. 1,20,000/-. Thus he requested to take necessary action as per

others formed themselves in to a unlawful assembly and went to the house of Varamganti
Ravi Kumar on numberless Swift Dezire car and motor cycles and criminally trespassed in
to the house of Varamganti Ravi Kumar, abused them in filthy language, beaten them with
hands and took his wife with them and threatened them with dire consequence as they

which her husband Malluri Raju, Age: 45 years sustained injury to his left ear .
Immediately shifted him to Govt. Hospital Narsampet, from there he shifted to MGM
Warangal for better treatment. As she stayed in hospital with her husband, it caused delay
to report the matter. Thus she requested to take necessary action as per law FIR issued by
