INGREDIENTS
 00 g Squid

1 no.Onionsmall
1 &1/2 tbspKashmiri chilly powder
1/4 tspTurmeric p  owder
1/2 tspGaram M  asala
2 nos.Dry red c hilly
1 clove Garlic
1inch piece Ginger
Salt to taste
One hand full curry leaves.
2 tbsp Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS
1. First clean the squid and slice it into rings and then drain it nicely
2. Grind all the ingredients( except oil and squid) into smooth paste using a mixer grinder.
3. Marinate the squid in that paste.
4. Keep it aside for at least 15 minutes.
5. Heat o
 il in a pan and add marinated squid and curry leaves. Now add little water in it and cook
covered for 5 minutes for the flavors to infuse. Open and cook for another 10-15 minutes while
stirring occasionally.
6. Add lemon juice and mix well. Have this scrumptious squid roast with appam, roti or even rice.
