Employee Benefit Food & Beverage T&Cs

IHG® Employee Benefit Food and Beverage Programme Terms &


Conditions

1. The IHG® Employee Room Benefit (“Employee Rates”) is a discounted room rates
programmeme exclusively for (1) eligible employees of IHG companies; (2) eligible
employees of third-party franchisees, who work at IHG-branded hotels; and (3) defined
categories of former IHG employees for whom the benefit has been extended (e.g., long-
term employees who are retired) (each a “Participating Employee(s)”).

2. The IHG® Employee Benefit F&B Programme is an optional programme for hotels to
participate in, unless there is a regional brand standard which mandates that a F&B
discount be offered to IHG employees. Hotels that have a regional F&B standard must
follow the standard.

3. Hotels have the option to provide a Food and Beverage discount up to 50% off applicable
Food and Beverage in the hotel. Hotels have an option to designate which outlets the
discount is applicable in.

4. Participating Employees staying under the IHG® Employee Room Benefit programme
should inquire at check-in if the hotel offers the discount and which outlets it applies to.

5. Hotels participating in the IHG® Employee Benefit F&B programme must do so for the
calendar year. Changing whether or not the hotels participate within the calendar year is
not permitted. Adjusting the Food and Beverage discount that the hotel or outlets will offer
is permitted.

6. Participating Employees who utilize this benefit will be held accountable for their behavior
as well as the behavior of any of their guests staying or visiting the hotel during their stay.
Employees shall be respectful of hotel employees and other guests as well as hotel
property. Participating Employees will be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by
them or their guests.

7. If the IHG® Employee F&B Benefit Programme is abused or used in a fraudulent manner
by an Participating Employee or his/her guest, IHG® reserves the right to revoke this
benefit and cancel any upcoming reservations for the Participating Employee and the
Participating Employee’s guest(s), as well as to pursue any other appropriate disciplinary,
remedial or legal action.

8. Only IHG® employees staying at a participating IHG® hotel using the IHG® Employee
Room Benefit Rates are eligible for the IHG® Employee Food and Beverage programme.

IHG® Employee Food and Beverage benefit reservations can only be made by the
Participating Employee at hotels that participate and offer the benefit.

9. IHG® Employees taking part in the Food and Beverage discount must notify the F&B staff
prior to ordering their meal, present the IHG® Employee Food and Beverage Voucher and
provide their room number.

10. Only one IHG® Employee Benefit F&B voucher is required per stay for verification that the
individual is an IHG® Employee. F&B staff should verify the name on the voucher, the rate
the employee is staying with (IVEDI or IVED2) and the room number.

11. Once the Participating Employee information has been received by the F&B staff, they
must then verify the information with the hotel Front Office (Verification of the guest name,
room number and that the reservation has IVEDI or IVED2 attached).

12. A Reservation booked under the IHG® Employee F&B discount programme may be
canceled upon request by the Participating Employee but will be subject to the applicable
hotel’s cancellation procedures, applicable taxes, and service charges set forth at the
time the reservation is made.

13. A Participating Employee must make an IHG® Employee Room Benefit reservation and
must be present for any restaurant reservation for the duration of the reservation.

14. The IHG® Employee Benefit Food and Beverage programme discount cannot be
combined with any other restaurant or hotel promotions available at the time of purchase.

15. The Employee Benefit Food and Beverage programme is not applicable for to-go orders,
in-room dining or mini-bar.

16. The Participating Employee must maintain IHG® Employee Room Benefit programme
eligibility for the entire duration of the employee room booking in order to partake in the
IHG® Employee Food and Beverage Programme.
