Employee F&B Discount Terms and Conditions and Voucher

Participating Employees are eligible for the restaurant discount after the Employee has completed
90-days of employment with IHG and is still employed when dining at the restaurant or bar.
• The discount is applicable for parties of 6 (six) or less including the Participating Employee,
for up to 50% on food and alcohol, where legal, based on the hotel’s participation.
Reservations may be required at some hotels and must be made directly with the restaurant,
not through any other site. Where reservations are required, the discount will not be available
for walk-ins. It is the Participating Employee’s responsibility to verify whether or not this
applies.
• Reservations are based on availability
• Verification of the Employee Rooms Benefit program Reservation, in the Participating
Employee’s name will be required to receive the employee F&B discount. Not valid for to-go
or in room dining.
• Appropriate and professional conduct is expected for Parcitipating Employee and guests.
Any inappropriate behavior or misuse will be considered misconduct and may result in
losing this benefit.

Restaurant Reservation Procedure: (if required)

1. Book your Employee Room Benefit reservation.
2. Call the restaurant to make your reservation and inform them you are a Participating Employee.
3. Once the reservation has been confirmed, download the Employee food and beverage discount.
form from Merlin (this form). Add your confirmation # to the form and have the participating hotel
sign at check-in.
4. Present the signed form upon arrival to the restaurant.
