AGREEMENT FOR VACATING PREMISES

This agreement is made and entered into on this 1st day of May 2024
between (the Landlord), and D Restaurant and Bar, (the Tenant), with
respect to the vacation of the premises located at No. Street, Green Field
Estate Ago Okota Lagos State.

The parties hereby agree to the following conditions:

Whereas, the tenant currently occupies the premises owned by the

Landlord and both agreed that tenant shall vacate the premises on or
before the 31st May 2024.

1. Landlord agrees to refund the full security/payment made to the Tenant

without any deduction for the rent, caution fee, agency fee, and agreement
fee paid in respect of the premises.

2. The tenant agrees that upon receiving the refund, it will not contest on
any legal ground the action(s) of the Landlord and his Agents in utilizing
armed security personnel to secure and reclaim the premises.

3. Both parties agree to cooperate and ensure a smooth transition of

possession.

4. The tenant shall on the execution of this agreement extend its bank
account details to the Landlord or his representatives for the full refund as
agreed.

In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this agreement as of

the date first above written.
