-Coordinate with Centerpoint.
-Demo all exposed and visible electrical components.
-Relocate electrical devices where walls are being removed or
extended
-Remove conduit from outside of building
-Install recessed lighting on oMce area and conference room
-Install new exterior lighting around the building (7 lights)
-Cut in and mount new device and lighting junction boxes
-Install dedicated circuits where needed
-Pigtail wiring connections
-Install customer provided Vxtures/fans
-Install Appliance Disconnects where required
-Install Whole home surge protection.
-AFCI and GFCI protection where required.
-Install a new 200 amp, main electrical panel.
-Install new 200 amp main electrical service with disconnect and
4-wire service entrance cable to new panel.
-Install grounding and bonding systems.
-Label panel box
-Restore power and test for proper operation and voltages.

3 year warranty on all work, 10 year manufacture warranty on new

panel.
