M/S. Rahul Engineering Telecom situated at Nalvipar Tilla, ( Near Govt

School ) Distt Karnal Through its Prop Mr. Rahul Kumar S/o Sokin Resident
of Nalipar Tilla P.O Kunjpura Distt Karnal (Hereinafter called the 2nd
Party/Tanent)

1. That the tenancy portion of the premises shall be Land/Building.

2. That the said Shop \House whose U.I.D. No. 911999S00M0005RR053A

having area of 148.669Sq.mtrs. is in Lal Dora of Village NALVIPAR
TILLA, P.O Kunjpura Distt Karnal

3. That the tenancy has commenced from date 16.01.2024 to 15.12.2025

Commencing from the period of 11 (Eleven) months.
 4. That the rent is settled at Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) per
month for Eleven months.

5. That the premises have benefit out for the purpose of office use only
(manufacturers in shoe upper Etc).

6. That the tenant shall not sublet or damage the said premises.

7. That the taxes shall be paid by the land lord and the electricity and water
charges shall be paid by the tenant.
