facility/home loan account no QZSUR00005036536 .

Ref: Notice under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security
Interest Act, 2002 [SARFAESI Act]:

We refer to our earlier communication to you and in furtherance thereto state as under:-
I, the undersigned, being Authorised Officer of ICICI Bank, appointed under the provision of the Securitisation and Reconstruction
of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, do hereby issue this vacation notice to you and state as under:
That the ICICI Bank has issued a demand notice under section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act on 19/04/2023 demanding a payment
of ` 1465658.00 as on 19/04/2023 with future interest and charges to be discharged in full within a period of 60 (sixty) days.
Since the borrower(s) has failed to pay the said amount within the said statutory period, the Authorised Officer has proceeded
and has taken the symbolic possession of the aforesaid property under sec 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act 2002, which is presentlyin
your occupation/possession.
With this notice, we hereby without pre-judice to our other legal rights and remedies, call upon you the noticee to vacate the
aforesaid property within a period of fifteen days from the date of this notice.
Please note that, non-adherence to the above i.e., failing to vacate the said property within the stipulated date, the Bank will
proceed with appropriate action including for physical possession on 30/04/2024 and sale of the aforesaid property at your own
risk, cost and consequuences
