The hardest truth that I have ever learned was one day I could lose my parents. When I was a
child I thought that grownups would die when they aged enough. But then I found out that
they would die because of diseases, accidents and even they would kill themselves. I was ten
years old when I lost my grandmother. Until then I did not know what death was like. I did
not understand that I could never see her again and it was a different experience for me.
Because I never thought about this before. Then I saw dreams about her and it was a great
relief for me. I got through this with my dreams.

The best day of the year for me is my birthday. Because on my birthdays every person I know
has good wishes for me. When they say these to me I feel cherished. Especially my friends get
really excited about my birthday with me. They are concern about what they are going to give
me a gift. But I do not mind that because their thoughts are important to me. But I cannot say
that their gifts do not make me feel happy. And also blowing out the candles on the birthday
cake makes me really excited.

Me and my cousin were used to playing hide and seek when we were children on the summer
holidays. We played both inside and outside. But the times we were playing outside were the
best. Because there was no limit and you could hide wherever you want. Of course, we did
not play just two of us there were other children in the neighborhood. Me and my cousin used
to help each other when we were hiding and he knew the neighborhood better than me.
Especially on the nights, we played with our big brothers. Four of us had the best time when
we were playing this.
