The NPA or new people’s army is the enemy of the military because the NPA is the most serious threat
to the security of our country for their goal is topping the government and supplant it with a communist
form of government

From the start the NPA has adopted Maoist doctrine form encircling all of the cities from the country
side

Therefore the NPA is now been categorized by the guidance in its action by universal theory of Marxism-
Lenism which is the guerilla warfare. Moro Islamic Liberation Front or (MILF) is being composed by
people who takes part in complete withdrawal from an association or federation especially in a political
group, and the ultimate movement of (MILF) is to create an independent Bangsa Moro comprising the
whole part of Mindanao, Sulu, basilan, and tawi-tawi

The ultra-rightist group is the group that been composed by the former military, personnel, and marcos
loyalist, and former politicians and other bigger wigs set up of the government.

The superpower build up in the Indian ocean is stationed at the united states and Russian forces on
their area that can triggered an arm confrontation, and this can affect or impact the Philippines security
from owing the close military realtions with the united states

Intentions only exist when the force or the means of necessary to carry out the intention and potential
threat exist when there is required force or means is either merely a possibility

The existence is the threat to the national security and can be either an actual or potential to threat the
literally means existing in possibilities but not in actuality that’s why it is becoming an distinguished from
being possible or in the future making

The form is whats depending upon the type of force or means intended to be utilized, the threat to
national security that can be termed either as military or non-military, because the military threat is the
