RENT AGREEMENT
This Rent Agreement is made at Delhi on this __, between:

DELHI-110098, (hereinafter called the First Party/Owner).

MAHARAJGANJ, UTTAR PRADESH-273305 (hereinafter called the Second
Party/Tenant).
Whereas the expression of both the parties shall mean and include their
respective heirs, successors, administrators and legal assignees.
AND WHEREAS First Party is the owner of PROPERTY NO. A-405,
GROUND FLOOR, KH.NO.678, AMAR COLONY, EAST GOKUL PUR, NEAR
HARIJAN BASTI, DELHI-110093, duly fitted with fittings and fixtures
(hereinafter called the “Property”), and the Second Party/Tenant has
approached and requested the First Party/Owner to let-out the above said
property which has been agreed by the both parties‘on the following terms and
conditions:~
NOW THIS RENT AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER :-
‘That the second party shall pay the monthly rent for the above said
property is Rs.8,500/- (Rupees EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
only) per months in advance. The rent is to be paid by the second
party/tenant to the first party/landlord on or before 07th day of each
English calendar month in advance.
2. That the tenancy have commenced w.e.f. 05/11/2023 for further
period of 11 MONTHS.
3. That second party shall use the rented premises for COMMER
PURPOSE ONLY and not for any other purposes. crab

| That the second party/tenant will pay electricity, water & maintenance
charges etc. per months regarding the above said property.
that the minor day-to-day repairs such as leakage of taps, fuses, bulbs,
tubes, failure of electricity shall be paid by the Second Party/Tenant.
‘That the Second Party/Tenant shall not make any additions/alterations
in the building during the tenancy period.
. That the First Party/Owner and the Second Party/Tenant shall be free in
discharge of this rent note by giving one month’s notice or shall pay one
month’s rent in lieu thereof.
‘That the rent will be increased @10% after 11 month of tenancy period
related to above said property.
|. That the first party shall have no objection if the second party will take
GST Registration at the above said premises.
That in case any dispute arises between both the parties regarding the
terms and conditions of this agreement then said dispute will be referred
and settled through court of law under Delhi Jurisdiction.
That the contents of this Rent Agreement has been read over and are
admitted to be true by both the parties.
