RENT AGREEMENT
THIS RENT AGREEMENT is made and executed at Delhi on 30/01/2024,
between:- MR. AAMIR S/O ABDUL JAMIL R/O 3437/14, S/FLOOR, GALI
AKHADE WALI KUCHA PANDIT LAL KUAN, DELHI-110006 (hereinafter called
the First Party/Owner).

FATEHPURSIKARI, AGRA, UTTAR PRADESH-283110, (hereinafter called the
Second Party/Tenant).
Whereas the expression of both the parties shall mean and include their
respective heirs, successors, administrators and legal assignees.
AND WHEREAS First Party is the owner of PROPERTY NO.3437/14,
S/FLOOR, GALI AKHADE WALI KUCHA PANDIT LAL KUAN, DELHI-110006,
(hereinafter called the “Rented Property”), and the Second Party/Tenant has
approached and requested the First Party/Owner to let-out the part of above
said property which has been agreed by the First Party/Owner on the following
terms and conditions:-
