Terms and Conditions
• Above prices do not include VAT or any other governmental charges, if any.
• Above prices do not include international clearance and customs duty
• The services offered are allocated towards working days only (Monday to Saturday)
• Sunday and Holiday operations are accessible for Fulfillment with mutually agreed additional charges.
• Any Holiday operation needs to be planned and acknowledged 24 hours in advance.
• The weights of shipments will be considered as per volumetric weight VS Gross weight whichever is
higher (Volumetric weight formula: L x W x H / 5000).
• The Rates are subject to a General Price Increase and the customer will be informed in advance 30
days before the implementation
• Payment Terms: Invoice will be sent monthly and is due upon receipt.
• The Service offering is valid for 15 days only from the submission of proposal..
