● Here’s an example before we continue: as a kid I was told by an art teacher that I couldn’t draw. This was
information processed by my ears and eyes (seeing and hearing the art teacher). After this sensory experience, I
proceeded to replay the experience in my memory over and over. Every time I tried to draw, I would screw it up,
and this would re-inforce the belief ‘I can’t draw’. Fast forward to today: part of my self image is ‘I can’t draw’. I’ve
not got round to fixing it yet, because quite frankly I don’t really care too much about it (you have to pick your
battles!)

required must be fake. People have got this so backwards, and incase you can’t tell, it pisses me off that this isn’t
taught in schools.
