SUBJECT: Operator cooling fan mounting bracket.

DESCRIPTION: In some cases the mounting bracket for the optional

operator-cooling fan breaks prematurely.

RESOLUTION: Replace existing bracket with two new brackets. Order the
required parts and install using the procedures outlined
below:

PROCEDURES: 1. Disconnect the battery from the truck.

2. Disassemble the current fan and bracket from the
small, 90o bracket.
3. Remove the fan and switches from the fan bracket.
4. Install the fan and switches in the new bracket.
5. Reassemble the fan and bracket to the new 90o angle
bracket using the longer screws.
