I: Good morning, my name is ___________ and I’m in charge of the Human Resources Department.

I: Let´s start. Why are you interested in this position?

A: I´m an enthusiastic aircraft maintenance technician who believes that his/her services will be best used
here. I would like to be part of this great institution.

I: What are the roles of an aircraft maintenance technician?

A: An aircraft maintenance technician performs several duties related to the functioning of an aircraft,
ensuring that all the aircraft are functioning according to the required standards.

I: Could you briefly describe your experience?

A: This is my fifth year as an aircraft maintenance technician. I have been an apprentice, a junior technician
and a senior technician.I have dealt with both single and multi-engine aircraft. I believe that I’m ready to face
new challenges.

I: What are the right strategies for this role?

A: I believe that the right strategy is treating all the processes equally , giving both maintenance and post-
maintenance processes the same level of seriousness.

I: What have you done to boost your knowledge of aircraft maintenance in the last twelve months?

A: I enrolled myself in a course essential for our current project and I also got a mentor which has helped me
make some of the most complex decisions in my tasks.

I: Can you work under pressure?

A: I believe that pressure pushes me to work even harder. It works as a catalyst in my area of work, allowing
me to refocus my energy on work.
