Boaqueńa, Vicky Boaqueńa, Alan Boaqueńa, and Conrado Lagura,
residents P-2, Brgy. 10, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte, for making
untruthful statements under oath particularly described in the attached
Joint Complaint-Affidavit of the Complainants.
