Instructions to the Bidder

The complete Tender document has been divided into several parts/sections and all these
parts/sections shall collectively constitute the complete tender document. They are:

1. Introduction of Job
2. Notice Inviting Tender covering tender Prequalification requirement
3. Tender Document containing Section-1 (SCC-Commercial)
4. Tender Document containing Section-2 (Annexures)
4. Scope of work and Technical Special conditions of Contract
5. Payment Terms & Conditions
6. Penalty Clauses
7. BoQ/Schedule of Rates
8. General Condition of Contract (GCC)
9. BG format for security deposit, evaluation of Contractor performance, IOCL Safety, reasons of holiday
listing / suspension of a contractor, PP-LC policy , ePAyOne user guide & User VIM manual

Bidders are to go through the above documents carefully for submission of bid.

Bidders must ensure the compliance of the following along with the submission of their offer:

1. Submission of filled up complete Section-2 with seal and signature (Annexures to be submitted duly
filled, signed and stamped by competent person having POA)
2. Submission of complete “Scope of work and Technical Terms and Conditions” with seal and signature.
3. Submission of all other documents asked specifically if any in the NIT and Tender Document.

Note :Notwithstanding any other condition /provision in the tender documents, non-submission or
Partial submission of above documents may lead to rejection of the offer without any further
communication.
