CONGRATULATIONS!
Based on your application and subsequent interviews with us, we are delighted to offer you a position
with EpiqSystems India Pvt. Ltd. (the “Company”). Following are the terms of the Offer:
1. General Conditions:
a) Date of Employment Commencement: June 20,2024
b) Offered Position: Senior Software Engineer
c) Work Location: Hyderabad
d) Reporting Manager: “Monica Mallela”, Associate Director, Client Services
2. Remuneration Package:
a) Your fixed pay: Your Base pay is Rs.1914252 (Rupees Nineteen Lakh Fourteen Thousand Two
Hundred Fifty-Two Only). Please see attached the salary breakup sheet.
b) Your target annual incentive compensation percentage would be 10% on Gross pay per annum.
c) Compensation Administration & Payroll: Your compensation will be reviewed, in accordance
with the performance and merit review cycle determined by the company and shall be based on
individual job performance, respective business performance, Company performance and as well
as the market pay trend.
3. Benefits:
a) Leaves & Holidays: You will be eligible for eleven (11) days of declared and approved national or
festival holidays, and thirty (30) days of paid leave every calendar year (Jan to Dec) or pro-rated
thereof for an incomplete year of service, from your date of joining.
b) Medical Insurance: You and your family comprising of 5 dependants (Parents, Spouse and 2 Kids),
will be entitled to Company provided medical insurance of Rs.5,00,000/- per annum as detailed
in the Company’s current medical insurance scheme.
c) Personal Accident and Term Insurance: You will also be entitled to Personal Accident and Term
Life insurance benefits, as detailed in the Company’s current insurance schemes.
d) PF: 12% of Rs.15000/- as Basic. The company would contribute PF @ 12% of Rs.15000/- as Basic,
as per the provisions of Employees’ Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, as
applicable.
e) Maternity Benefits: You shall be entitled to the benefits available under the Maternity Benefits
Act, 1961, if applicable.
f) Other benefits: You will be eligible for the other benefits as provided by the company, which are
subject to change from time to time. These would include, but not limited to, Food facility in
Cafeteria, Transportation benefits for employees working in partial & full night shifts etc.
4. Other Guidelines:
a) Probation Period: 6 months. Successful completion of probation is subject to satisfactory
performance as assessed by superior during the probation period.
b) Annual Incentive compensation would be paid annually based on your performance, your
Business Unit’s performance, and Overall Company’s performance.
c) Work Hours: your work & shift hours will be governed by particular business you are aligned to.
In general, you shall work for 45 hours per week based on a 5 day working week.
d) Dress Code: You are expected to dress in the attire of smart business casuals and be well
groomed as per the existing policy of the Company, which may be revised from time to time.
e) Confidentiality & Declaration: This offer letter is to treat with confidentiality, and you will not
disclose the content of this offer letter to anyone without the consent of the Company. This offer
letter is being issued on the understanding that all the information given by you in the resume /
during the interview is true. If it is found at any time that the information given by you is not
correct or true or you have knowingly supressed any information, this offer would stand
cancelled.
f) Taxes: All amounts payable by the Company under this letter shall be subject to such withholding
tax, tax deduction at source or any other taxes as may be required under applicable laws, other
statutory deductions.
g) Your compensation is strictly confidential. Any discussion with peers or teams will result in
corrective action.
Please note that your appointment will be issued upon your reporting to duties and is also contingent
upon satisfactory reference and background checks including verification of your application materials,
education and employment history.
We would appreciate your joining on or before June 20,2024. Should you need to change your start
date once established, please contact the recruiter to discuss a modified start date.
Note: In case you do not have a PAN Card / Valid Passport, please apply for one immediately and carry
the acknowledgement. Request you to carry all the mandatory documents (Originals & 2 sets photo
copies), to ensure that you can have a smooth On-boarding.

Provident fund entitlement will be as per the Employees’ Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act,
1952 which is either 12% of basic pay or or 12% of Rs. 15,000/-.
** Gratuity entitlement will be as per the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, which is 4.81% of the Basic every
month and will be payable on completion of 5 years of service with the Company.
*** Incentive compensation would be based on your performance, your Business Unit’s performance and Overall
Company’s performance
Actual take‐home will depend on the tax planning done by the employee.
