From the moment we arrived, it was 5 star vacationing all the way. The registration desk was very
welcoming and expeditious. From the grandeur of the lobby with its intricate chandeliers, beautiful
ceiling paintings, marble floors, elaborate sculptures, and elegant marble columns to the stunning
luxury suite with the sunken living room and elegant decor, it was a world class experience. The
shops are so unique with the spectacular canals running throughout that you can experience in an
authentic Italian gondola. I loved to just stand around and take in the beauty at St. Mark's Square.
We did treat ourselves to tickets to the Entertainment show and afterwards we had dinner and it
was truly remarkable.I visited Concierge Services and they went well out of their way to ensure your
request was taken care of. My cell phone battery was low and I did not have my AC charger and on 2
different occasions, they were more than willing to charge it for me. Overall, our stay here was a
world class experience and I would recommend everyone visiting Las Vegas to stay at this fabulous
hotel.
