Letter of Protest

Sub: SHORT SUPPLY OF BUNKER FUEL.

This is to put on record that on the 25 th May 2018 at 1030 LT, after completion of Bunkering
operation of MGO-DMA-LS at Djibouti Anchorage, of Djibouti Port, it was noted that the
actual quantity received by vessel in its bunker tanks is less than the quantity mentioned on the
BDN.

The bunker figures are as follows:

- Actual bunker received by vessel is: 62.00 MT.
- Bunker figure mentioned on the BDN is: 79.80 MT.

The short supply of bunker by bunker barge: M.T RED SEA 1 is: 17.80 MT.

MSC CLEMENTINA F protests against “Bunker Barge – M.T RED SEA 1” and holds them
responsible for short supply received by the vessel and reserves the right to extend this protest
at a later date, time & place convenient.

I, Capt. Ashish Kumar Singh, do hereby protest for this short supply. I also reserve the
right to extend this protest at a later date, time and place as convenient.
