KG Children’s Day Assembly Script

A- A very good morning to our very own honorable


Principal, respected Saudi Managers Miss Hayah, Miss
Asma and Mrs. Sarah, esteemed Middle Leaders, fellow
hard-working teachers and my dear students.
M- ‘Children are the little angels of God. They are not
things to mould but are people to unfold.’
M- On this beautiful thought, I, Ms. Maureen and I, Ms.
Anam welcome you all to one of the most awaited event
in our academic year. Can you all tell me what it is? Yes
that’s right! It is Children’s Day.
A- 14th November is celebrated as a tribute to the birth
anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, also known as
Chacha Nehru. Jawaharlal Nehru used to love children.
He used to say, “The children of today will make the
India of tomorrow!”
A- The teachers of Yara are here to brighten up your
day and bring entertainment and joy with their amazing
performances.
M- So gear up children! It is your day today! Enjoy it to
the fullest and also special note to all the adults. There is
a child inside each one of us. So let that child come out
today and have a blast! So are you all ready?
A- Let’s start our assembly by seeking the blessings of
Almighty Allah. We have Ms. Ransila here for the
recitation of few verses from the Holy Quran. And just a
reminder, please do not clap after the recitation.
A- Thank you Ms. Ransila.

M- Next, we have Ms. Sharmiya here to deliver the
school prayer. Kindly stand up, fold your arms and
repeat the prayer.

A- Thank you, Ms. Sharmiya.

A- One positive thought in the morning can change our
whole day. Therefore, I would like to call Ms. Fallon on
stage to enlighten us with the thought for the day.
A- What a beautiful thought! Thank you Ms. Fallon.
M- Moving forward, I would like to call Ms. Nazia
Maqsood on stage to deliver a speech. Please welcome
her with a huge round of applause.
A- Thank you Ms. Nazia for enlightening us with your
speech.

A- Now comes the entertaining part of the show. We
teachers, have lovingly prepared a string of
performances dedicated to you all. We hope you have a
great time enjoying with us and cheer us on with your
constant clappings! Will you do that?

M - First up, we have here are our very own KG teachers


with a superb dance number! Get ready for a Bollywood
mashup, which will make your hearts skip a beat! Please
put your hands together and welcome Ms. Roslin and
team on stage!

A- What an amazing performance! Surely they made us


move along with their rhythm! Please give them a big
hand!

A-Coming up, we have here another group dance, which


will surely blow your minds. Let’s all move along to the
beats of the songs. Please welcome Ms. Sareena and
team on stage with a huge round of applause!

M-Amazing! That was indeed mesmerizing to watch!

M-Now, let’s change gears! How about a group song?
A- Sure why not! I now call upon Ms. Affaf and team to
light up the stage and captivate our attentions. Please
welcome them with a huge round of applause!

M-That was simply enthralling! A beautiful performance


by the teachers! Please give them a big hand!

M- Hmm Who shall we call on stage next?
A- Why! None other than the nightingale of YARA, our
very own surili teacher, Mrs.Fijina. Let’s all sway to her
tune and get lost in the melody! Please put your hands
together and welcome her on stage!
M- Oh my! What a melodious and heartwarming
performance it was! Please give her a huge round of
applause!

A - Our next dance performance is filled with style and


dhamaka. Get ready to groove with our HR teachers, Ms.
Meera and Ms. Nikitha. Please welcome them on stage
and give them a big hand!

A-Wonderful! That was indeed an energetic and


dhamakedar performance!

A-Wow all this dancing is making me feeling all hyped up.


Let’s calm down a little bit with some melodious singing.
What say children? Yes or no?
Now I call upon stage Ms. Farsana to put us in a trance
with some beautiful tunes!
Please give her a huge round of applause!
A-Amazing! That sounded like honey to the ears! It was
indeed tranquilizing!
A-Now we have up next, a fun filled and entertaining
performance! Our Homeroom teachers are here to ‘tickle
your bones’ with a clown dance because, as the saying
goes ‘Laughter is the best medicine’. So put your hands
together to welcome Ms. Shaheen and team on stage!
A- Amazing! What an entertaining dance! It surely
brightened up our day! Please give them a huge round of
applause!

A- So children are you all tired?


Behold! Now the talented teachers of KG section are
here with a dance fusion of Hollywood with some
Bollywood tarka! It is surely going to force you all to
groove along with them! So do not hesitate! Watch them
as they set the stage on fire! Please welcome Ms.
Mayesha and team with a huge round of applause!

A- Oh hooo! What a dynamite performance! I could not


blink even for a second! Please give them a big hand!

A- Last, but not the least is a very special performance,


which you may have never seen or experienced before!
M- Oppana is a traditional folk dance form originating
from the Malabar region in Kerala, India. It is a vibrant
and celebratory dance performed by women during
festive occasions. Oppana is characterized by rhythmic
clapping, graceful hand movements, and lyrical
expressions. So put your hands together and welcome
Ms. Roslin and team on stage with a huge round of
applause.

M- That was indeed a beautiful and hypnotising


performance! Let’s all give them a big hand for this
fantastic potrayal of Oppana!

A- Wow I simply don’t have words. What a great show


put up by the teachers of Yara. They have literally
rocked the stage with their mind blowing performances!
Let’s cheer for them and give them one huge round of
applause.

M- I would now like to take the privilege of calling our


beloved Principal, the Master of Ceremonies, an idol of
knowledge and experience. The one who doesn’t need
any introduction and is known among all of us for her
wisdom!
M-Do I need to say anymore? I think not!
Yes, please put your hands together to welcome our
very own mentor and leader, Mrs. Aasima Saleem on to
the dias to address us all in this beautiful and joyous
occasion.

A - Thank you Ma’am for encouraging and inspiring us!

A- Alas, like all good things, our assembly has also come
to an end but I hope you all thoroughly enjoyed the show,
lovingly put together by your teachers!

M- Childhood is life’s most beautiful season! Happy


times may come and go but childhood memories will
stay forever! So cherish and enjoy them to the fullest!
A- I would now like to request everyone to please stand
up and pay respect to the Saudi National Anthem
followed by the Indian National Anthem!
M - We shall meet again on another fun and frolic day!
