DESCRIPTION
• ZeloTile CTA is a pre-mixed and bagged mixture of cement, fine aggregates,
fillers, specific polymers, ready to use, and waterproof le glue of to
provide a high bond strength le adhesive for firmly a aching various thin
or thick layer fastening of basically all types of les, including ceramic wall
and floor les, terrazzo, quarries, marbles, and sandstones.

COVERAGE:
• Thickness of solid layer fixing: 3mm-6mm 5.5-11kg/m2
• Smooth surface using a notch trowel 2kg/m2
• Use instruc ons:
• Mix 6 to 7 liters of water every 25kg bag of ZeloTile CTA. Mix un l the mixture is
uniformly lump-free. Allow for 5 minutes to enable the resins to fully dissolve.
• If required, moisten the support, but never the les.
• A powerful mo on mixer should be used for blending. Hand mixing is only
suggested for li le amounts.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• At 30 degrees Celsius, the open curing me of le adhesive is around 30 minutes.
As a result, a en on should be took when preparing the mortar. Prepare just the
surface that can be led in this amount of me. It is not recommended to use
ZeloTile CTA adhesive on painted or metal surfaces.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
• Use ZeloTile CTA adhesive to the surface in a consistent thickness of 3mm
to 6mm to cover the gaps on the backside of the les in an area of not
greater than 1m2 at each me.
• A solid bed placing is ideal for horizontal applica ons in addi on to heavy-
duty ver cal applica ons.
• For other ver cal applica ons, scrape horizontally with a sharp spatula to
remove excess. The trowel should have6mm notches spaced 25mm apart
center to center. Place the les, pressing and smoothing carefully to ensure
that the mortar is uniformly distributed. The le will not slip if the bonding
is correct. ZeloGrout CTG (available in gray, white, or matching colors on
order) can be used to fill the joints.
• Skinned or dried ZeloTile CTA must be removed and fresh material re-
applied to ensure a good bond.
• We propose the following rules for applica ons over 40°C:
• Unmixed components should be stored in a cold, preferably air-
condi oned atmosphere.
• Direct sunlight should be avoided for both mixed and unmixed materials.
You can use iced water. Keep any equipment in touch with the product cold
and out of direct sunlight.
• Avoid using it during the warmest part of the day.

CONSUMPTION:
• Depending on the support, around 2kg/m2.
• A er using the tools, wash them with water. Store in a dry place and shield
from wind and rain.

PACKING & STORAGE:


• ZeloTile CTA adhesive can be stored in unopened packets forup to 12
months.

HEALTH & SAFETY:


• ZeloTile CTA has no dangerous materials; however, it should not come into
contact with the skin or eyes. When using, wear safety gloves and eye wear.
If it comes into contact with your skin or eyes, wash them completely and
quickly with warm water. Ask for medical help if you have swallowed

informa on.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:


• ZELOTILE CTA HD adhesive in a ratio of 6 to 7 liters of water per 25kgs bag and 4.5
to 5.5 for 20kgs Bag. Mix to a uniform lump-free consistency. Leave for
approximately 5 minutes to allow the resins to completely dissolve. Moisten the
support if necessary, but never the tiles. Mixing should by a force action mixer.
Hand mixing is recommended for small quantities only. For wet area & wall
application ZELOTILE Latex is recommended to use 1 – 2 Ltr for 25 Kg ZELOTILE
CTA HD

POINT TO BE NOTED:
• The open curing time of tile adhesive at 300c is approximately 30 minutes.
Therefore care should be taken in preparing the mortar. Prepare only the
surface, which can be tiled within this time. ZELOTILE CTA HD adhesive should
not be used on painted or metal surface.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
• Apply ZELOTILE CTA HD adhesive to a uniform thickness of 3mm to 6mm on the
support to cover the slots on the back of the tiles, of an area of not more than
1m2 at a time.
• For horizontal applications a solid bed fixing is recommended as well as for
heavy-duty vertical applications. For other vertical applications, use a toothed
spatula to comb horizontally to remove excess. The trowel should have 6mm
notches at 25mm intervals center to center.
• Apply the riles, press it, and smooth out carefully so that the mortar is spread
evenly. If the bonding is perfect, the rile will not slide.
• The joints can be filled with Mixgrout (available in gray, white or matching colors
on request). For wet area & wall application ZELOTILE Latex is recommended to
use 1 – 2 Ltr for 25 Kg ZELOTILE CTA HD.

DESCRIPTION:
• ZeloGrout CTG is a fine powder that is blended with water tocreate a
smooth, creamy paste for le grou ng. It is a water-resistant material.
Easily applied non-shrink finish up to 4mm wide.
• ZeloGrout CTG is nonmetallic, chloride-free, and comes in avariety of
colors that can be easily customized.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
• Water waterproof, crack resistant joints up to 4mm wide.
• Standard colors are white and grey; any other colors may be custom
created.
• Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

TYPICAL USES:
• ZeloGrout CTG is simple to use by hand and provides a water and weather
resistant joint with no shrinkage.
• ZeloGrout CTG is commonly used for internally and externally grou ng
ceramic, marble, and mosaic les in spaces such as itchens, bathrooms,
lobbies, corridors, balconies, and residen al or commercial areas.

DIRECTION OF USE:
SURFACE PREPARATION:
• No special prepara on is required before the applica on of ZeloGroutCTG,
however please before grou ng, all les and joints should be ghtly glued and
fully cleaned. Check that all le joints and edges are clear of extra le fixing
mortar and other materials.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
• Apply ZeloGrout CTG at least 24 hours a er ling. Use a rubber edge spatula or
squeegee to apply the grout crosswise into the joints. Before curing, use a damp
sponge to wipe away any extra grout. Do not apply grout to an area that is too
large to be completed in one hour.

MIXING:
• Mix the powder with clean water in a container to make a smooth creamy paste,
about 2 liters of water for 5kg of powder, then set aside for 10 minutes before
using. A strong opera on mixer should be used for mixing. Hand mixing is only
suggested for li le amounts. When u lizing color grouts, proper mixing is
essen al to ensure that the color ingredients are completely dissolved.
• Failure to do so may result in reduced performance or even product failure.
• Add our product Latex addi ve @0.4ltr / 8kg bag for submerged applica ons.
• 1 kilogram of ZeloGrout CTG addi onal is sufficient to grout 28 running meters
4mm wide and 3mm deep.
• A er using tools, rinse them with water.

ZELOGROUT GPNS
General purpose high flow

DESCRIPTION:
• ZeloGrout GPNS is a non-shrink cemen ous grou ng solu on that has
been carefully developed to generate an excellent-performing,pourable
grout with high strength and slightly expanding quali es. It is a
combina on of portland cement, gradated fillers, and chemical addi ves
that en rely fills the void between base plates and founda ons in a single
applica on of grout for gap widths ranging from 10 to 50 mm. and cause
controlled expansion in the plas c, which states that while reducing water
consump on.
• ZeloGrout GPNS is nonmetallic, chloride-free, and shrinkage corrected to
assure load transmission to founda ons while developing outstanding
compressive strength.

TYPICAL USES:
• ZeloGrout GPNS is commonly used for grou ng general purpose applica ons
including column founda ons, e bolt holes, and joints between pre-cast
sha ered pieces but it may also be used as an anchoring grout for walkways,
fences, and barriers.
• Heavy machinery and portable supports
• Flooring repairs and coverings
• Bedding support plates and grou ng

DIRECTION OF USE:
SURFACE PREPARATION:
• The surface should be kept clean and free of dust, demolding chemicals, oil,
paint, and other par cles. Clean the grou ng area with water 24 hours before
grou ng. The surface should be moistbut free of excess water. The bolt holes and
other loca ons should be clear of water, and the form work should be leak
resistant to leak.

MIXING:
• Mix the pack with the required amount of water (4 to 5 litres for20kg powder). A
minimum of 5 minutes is required to get asmooth, consistent, lump-free
appearance. To prevent airbubbles, pour the grout con nually. 3 to 4 litres of
water arerequired for a thick consistency. 2.5 to 3 litres of water issufficient for
dry packs.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
• Allow the ZeloGrout GPNS to flow just below the base platea er pouring it
into the formwork tray. Con nue to top up asneeded to maintain
con nuous flow in a single opera on,stop a er the material has exited the
formwork in theopposite direc on. It starts at the bo om of the plate
andworks its way up to the desired finishing level. Remove theformwork
once the grout has reached an ini al set, andhopper, and complete the
grout as needed. Alterna vely,apply the prepared ZeloGrout GPNS
mixture, compac ngthe surface with a steel trowel or wood float, and
completelyvoid to a minimum thickness of 10 mm.

HOT WEATHER CONDITIONS:


• We propose the following rules for applica ons over 40°C:
• Unmixed ingredients should be stored in a cold, preferably air-condi oned
loca on.
• Direct sunlight should be avoided for both mixed and unmixed materials.
• To combine, use iced water.
• Keep any equipment in touch with the product cold and out of direct
sunlight.

PACKING & STORING:


• ZeloGrout GPNS comes in 20 kg packages. Supply must bedone in bulk
custom designed containers for on-siteapplica ons or large consump on.
ZeloGrout GPNS should bestored in warehouses that are cold, dry, and
shaded. Whenstored without cover, out of direct sunlight, protected
fromsevere temperatures, and in accordance with guidelines, theshelf life
is 12 months. In severe hot climates, the product mustbe kept in a cold
environment. High levels of moisture andheavy sunlight may reduce the
shelf life.

HEALTH & SAFETY:


• There are no harmful chemicals in ZeloGrout GPNS.
• Safety should always be maintained while using construc on chemical
products. While working with, safety clothing such as helmets and gloves
must be used.
• For op mal protec on, long-sleeved overalls, safety shoes, and a face
mask are advised. A er usage, reseal every package and store the product
as directed on the label's safety sec on. Any contact with the skin or eyes
should be treated quickly with fresh water. If any of the items are
incorrectly consumed, avoid causing vomi ng; instead, seek medical

DESCRIPTION:
• ZeloHard DSH is a ready-to-use freshly mixed cemen ous powder that
has been designed to give a durable and dynamic finish once applied and
used as a dry shake over newly poured concrete.
• ZeloHard DSH consists of carefully chosen aggregates with high abrasion
and wear resistance reac vity along with cemen ous binders, polymers
and admixtures to give a strong, durable surface Floor that is solid and
colorful.
• ZeloHard DSH is nonmetallic, chloride-free, and creates a solid monolithic
connec on with the base concrete.

TYPICAL USES:
• The dry shake process is used to provide a highly wear resistant and non-slip
finish to newly built concrete.
• ZeloHard DSH is appropriate for a broad range of industries and applica ons and
is used to produce a long-las ng yet cost-effec ve finish, especially in shops,
produc on and storage spaces, workshops, warehouses, loading bays, car parks,
heavy industry, and other loca ons prone to high traffic and mechanical stress.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
• Es mate the whole amount of ZeloHard DSH to be used, divide and mark the
available floor space into appropriate areas and distribute the bags equally
around the perimeter of the applica on area. Determine that the necessary
wooden hand floats and power floats are on hand and ready to use.
• High performance concrete is required to assure the floor's durability in service.
ZeloHard DSH cannot strengthen or extend the life of weak concrete. Zelo Hard
DSH should not be used with vacuum dewatered or air entrained concrete.
• Pour concrete between earlier laid screed points as control as acceptable. Use a
square- pped shovel or other solid-bladedequipment to place the concrete.
When using vibrators, they should be inserted ver cally and not used to move
concrete. A er the concrete has been laid out, it is smoothed andcemented with
wooden bull floats or hand floats. Clean any bleed water that remains on the
surface.

ON THE FIRST SHAKE :
• Put the ZeloHard DSH powder from its packaging into pails that are small
enough for the person walking on the recently floated surface to handle.
When the concrete has hardened sufficiently to leave a 3 - 6mm footprint
on the surface, begin spreading 2/3 of the quan ty equally throughout the
surface. Begin to polish the surface with a wooden float as soon as the
material darkens. Power floats can be chosen, but be careful not to
overwork the surface, which will result in excessive moisture surfacing.

FOLLOWING THE SECOND SHAKE:


• As the floa ng con nues, immediately resume the work by distribu ng the
remaining 1/3rd of the amount set aside at exactly 90degrees to the first
layer. While the surface has darkened, use an electric float to bring the
moisture fully over.
• In cases of high load applica ons, the first wide cast will only be done with
half the amount. Following that are two separate broadcasts, each with the
quan ty and at a right angle to each other.

FOR EDGES:
• The corners and edges require special care and a en on since they are
subjected to a lot of wear and tear.
• The side lines are generally built with one of the following methods:
• Spread by manually at a rate of 5 kg/m2 in strips of 10cm width alongthe
bay edges (ie, 0.5 kilogram every running meter) as soon as levelingthe
fresh concrete.
• OR, remove a 10mm thick wedge of concrete from the perimeter
immediately a er leveling the fresh concrete. Then, using a solid layer of
ZeloHard DSH combined with clean water, apply it. This must be
completely compacted to the base concrete. These reinforced sec ons will
be hardened further once a er the next whole process is finished.

• It is important to ensure that enough people, materials, and machinery are

APPLICATIONS INSTRUCTIONS:
• Spray, roller, and squeegee brush should all be used. Applied to freshly laid
concrete as evenly as possible. Hold the spray nozzle500mm away from the

enough pump pressure to provide a fine spray.
• Apply Zeloprime SB to flat surfaces as soon as the first surface show begins to
disappear from the concrete face.

water as a primer and leave to dry prior to the first coat.
• For Steel, prepare steel surfaces mechanically, preferably by grit blas ng, to

typical curing agents. If the substrate is dusty or porous, prime it with a coat of

• When using damp proof solids floors or applying a screed over Zeloguard

damaged. Lay the screeds to a minimum thickness of 50 mm and allow
them to cure sufficiently before installing the floor covering.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• If the substrate is especially porous, a third layer of Zeloguard 1060 may be
required.
• Apply a priming layer @ 7.5m2 / liter on current floors by mixing 1 part
Zeloguard 1060 with 6 parts clean, cold water and wait to dry completely.
Then apply two coats of Zeloguard 1060 @ 1m2 / liter /coat, extending
each coat up to the exis ng DPC joint. Before laying the floor covering,
make sure the dry film is not punched or damaged.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Floor coverings having a high concentra on of solvent orplas cizer should
not be used over Zeloguard 1060.

APPLICATION METHODS:

top of exis ng concrete, the surface must be rough. Prior to applying the fresh
mix, lightly scale smooth surfaces. When restoring damaged concrete, make
sure that the exis ng material is reduced back to a sound condi on. Apply
bonding slurry and, while s ll wet, lay the Screed at an 8 - 60mm thickness,
compac ng firmly and level. Using a wooden or steel float, close the surface. All
old joints must be retained in the new screed.

• When strengthening concrete, use a priming layer of 1: 1 / ZelobondSBR:
Water and allow it to dry tacky. Repairs should be patched up with a normal
mix of 1:2.5 Portland cement: Sand (clean, cleaned sharp) combined to
approximate consistency. This mixture should be combined with 1: 1 /
Zelobond SBR: Water.
• Where a plaster bonding agent for gypsum, light weight gypsum, and dry
plasters is required, seal surfaces and prime with a 1: 1 /Zelobond SBR:
Water ll wet, then plaster directly over tackysurfaces in normal manner.
• When a thicker rendering, cemen ous rendering, or cemen ous
toppings key coat (slurry bond coat) is required, the key coat is made at a 1:
1 / Zelobond SBR: Cement ra o with li le makeup water to create a
brushable consistency. Form a tacky coat and plaster directly on the s cky
surface.

MIXING:
MORTAR PREPARATION & APPLICATION:
• Surfaces for treatment should be clean, sound, and empty of oil, grease, or
loosely res ng par cles. Before the applica on, soak or prime hot,
exposed, or par cularly absorbent surfaces with a 1: 1 /Zelobond SBR:
Water mixture. The substrate must be rough when laying over older
concrete. Prior to applying the new mixture, lightly scrape or scabble the
smooth surfaces. When restoring defec ve concrete, make sure that the
exis ng material is trimmed down to a sound level. Zelobond SBR may be
mixed manually or using spinning blade mixers. To ensure adequate
compac on and avoid air absorp on, mo on should be kept to a minimum
level.
• A bonding primer coat 1: 1 / Zelobond SBR: Water is advised forevery
applica on other than those sprayed on renderings for be er results.
While the bonding primer is s ll s cky, brush it into the prepared area and
apply new mortar. If you are using water-resistantrenders, please apply
two priming layers at right angles to a minimum thickness of 1.5mm.

HOT WEATHER CONDITIONS:

METHOD OF APPLICATION: SUFACE PREPARARION:

PRIMING:
• For applications on concrete, coat the substrate with ZELOPRIME D41 primer at
the rate of 4-5 m2/litre. Allow this coating to dry thoroughly. In time of high
humidity, we recommend it should be left overnight.

APPLICATION:
• The ZELOSEAL Plast membranes should first be unrolled and positioned correct-
ly. Each roll should overlap the adjacent roll by 100 mm Once the roll has been
positioned correctly, the membrane should be rolled up again, taking care not to
change its orientation. Using left to right movements, heat the lower surface of
the membrane with a propane gas torch. This will cause slight surface melting
and the molten bitumen will adhere to the surface. Then torch on the side
overlap to the recommended size of 100 mm. Continue the above method for
consecutive rolls remembering end-laps must be minimum 150mm. Heat both
the overlaps and use round tipped trowel to seal the overlap. Adequate heat is
confirmed when a uniform flow of melted bitumen compound flows evenly in a
bead that oozes from the applied membrane's edges. Excess compound should
be pressed into the seam using a heated trowel. Any un-bonded areas must be
lifted and re-torched. Inspection of lap joints must be carried out to ensure total
adhesion.

EXPOSED ROOFING SYSTEM:


• For exposed application, skirting, and flashings, ZELOSEAL Plast SL membranes
are used. These are produced with a self- protecting layer of natural or colored
slate flakes. The membranes are provided with a selvedge l0cms wide that is
granule free. This facilitates forming of lap joints. End of roll joints are made by
scrapping of 15cm of mineral flakes or heating 15cm of the mineral surface
sufficiently to press in the slate and expose the bitumen. The next roll is then
torched to the bitumen of the exposed area.

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:


• The application of the ZELOSEAL Plast membrane requires very limited tools
like propane gas torches with related gas cylinder, a knife for cutting the
membranes to size and a trowel with round end. Protective gloves and googles
are necessary when using the gas torch.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
ZELOBOARD are to be installed over waterproofing membranes and may be easily
cut with a roofer’s knife to fit any profile. The board is semi rigid and will not crack
when bent. Depending on the waterproofing system, the board may be welded into
position by heating it with a gas torch, or held in place by a compatible cold
bituminous adhesive or tape. On vertical applications, ZELOBOARD should be held
in position by spot bonding, using an adhesive where applicable. ZELOBOARD
boards are compatiable with modified bitumen torch-applied or self-adhering
membranes. When used continuously over a waterproofing system, ZELOBOARD
will absorb mechanical shock from impacting aggregate during back-filling, foot
traffic and ordinary site abuse by other trades.

INTRODUCTION:
• ZELOBUILD NF is an epoxy resin adhesive and bedding compound that is
designed for use where non-slump characteristics are required. The
system consistency makes the product Ideal for minor concrete repairs and
re-profiling. It is thixo- tropic but easily workable compound that cures to
give high mechanical proper es and offers resistance to oil, grease,
petroleum, salts, many acids and alkalis and most commonly met corrosive
media. ZELOBUILD NF is a two-pack product containing fine aggregates
that will not shrink on curing; the product is rapid curing, and does not

MIXING:
Mixing: ZELOBUILD NF may be easily mixed by trowel although for multiple packs a
slow speed drill and mixing paddle can be used. For less than full units take three
parts of the base (part A) with two parts of the reactor (part B) and mix thoroughly in
a pliable polyethylene beaker or similar. Part mixing of units is only recommended
for nonadhesive applications. The technical properties shown above will only be
achieved with the exact mixing ratio, as supplied. To avoid waste, only mix sufficient
material for the work in hand.
APPLICATION:
ZELOBUILD NF by knife or trowel will aid application. Where deep recesses are to be
filled, apply ZELOBUILD NF in layers of 25 mm to 40 mm to required depth

COVERAGE:
A 3kg unit will cover an area of 1.6m2 at 1mm thickness. Consumption will vary
according to the texture and profile of the surface being repaired on adhered.

CLEANING:

APPLICATION:
• ZELOCOAT S 70 must be applied to clean, dry substrate free laitance, dust, dirt,
oil, grease etc. Surface cleaning includes, mechanical roughing,vacuum cleaning
or shot blasting. Uneven surface should be repaired by suitable Mixbuild repair
systems before application of the coating. For difficult substrates we
recommended primer sealer before the application of the coating.

PRIMING:
• Prime the surface with ZELOCOAT S 70 @ 100 -150 gms/m³ for 50-100 microns
DFT.

MIXING:
• Mix part A & B separately first, and then add part B into part A and mix throughly
with a mixing paddle filled with an electric drill to get a uniform colour and
consistency. It is important to maintain constant mixing times throughout the
contract, to ensure consistent colour and avoid introducing excessive air into the
system. Continue mixing for 1-2 minutes to produce a fully blended, uniform
material.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
• Apply minimum two coats, by brush or roller. Apply the second coat, when the
first coat is totally dried. It may take 6 to 24 hours depending on the Climatic
conditions. Apply the second coat right angle to the first in order to get a better
dispersion. 8- 10 m2 / ltr / coat.

Note: The above coverage will vary according to the nature of substrate. All
calculated usage assumes constant thickness on a regular substrate. Failure to
achieve the required surface regularly will lead to additional material being used.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
• Surface preparation plays a vital role in determining the durability of any floor
coating. Therefore proper care should be taken while executing it. The concrete
should be minimum 28 days old before any coating or toppings are applied. The
surface should be free from dust, dirt, curing compound, oil etc. Clean the
surface Thoroughly to remove all loosely adhering particles and cement laitance.
It is recommended to use a light mechanical grinder for cleaning. Cracks and
potholes Should be repaired with suitable concrete repair system or epoxy repair
system and allow to cure. Ensure that the moisture content in the substrate is

SURFACE PREPRATION:
• The new concrete surface to be treated must be of 28 days old. The concrete
should be sound and free from any cracks. Pot holes to be repaired with Mix build
system and allow curing. The surface should be free from dust, dirt, curing
compound and laitance. Clean the surface with ZELOPRIME EP and wash with
water. Before application of ZELOPRIME EP makes sure that the surface is
absolutely dry. We recommend captive shot blasting for the best cleaning.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
• All areas are required to be clean, dry, and clear of sand and loose objects. To
guarantee proper penetra on and performance, expand the shoulders of
internal splits in plaster, etc. to a minimum of 3 - 4mm. Priming is not necessary in
most situa ons, but for permeable or unclean surfaces, thin down sealant with 3
parts clean water and apply with a brush to the joint faces.

• A tool like a trowel or spatula can be used to apply Zelomas c ACR. A standard
sealant gun may be used to apply the cartridge pack. A pressured applica on
may be worked for deeper loca ons. Smooth and pressure the sealant into the
joint a er applying with a wet pallet knife, Spoon, or similar instrument. Masking
adhesive should be used to protect the joint's edge; remove the tape
immediately a er smoothing. If the following applica on is a paint base,
emulsion pain ng may be done a er 2 hours and oil-based pain ng can be done
a er 6 hours of Zelomas c ACR sealant applica on.

• A suitable joint filler component should be used to fill in part the groove in
order to provide the necessary depth to the sealant. Closed-celllinked
polyethylene strip or cable is a suitable material.

by covering the face edges of the seal. This should be removed directly
a er ZeloMas c ACR has been applied then Clean with mere damp cloth.

high movement in construc on and civil engineering structures such as precast

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
SURFACE PREPARATION:

• All areas should be clean, dry, and empty of dust and loose objects then apply
Zelo Seal Ik PU with a sealing gun, either manual or mechanical. The substance
should be injected into the pre-preparedjoint. At temperatures below 5oC, do
not apply the sealant. Do not useon damp surfaces. A er applica on, the sealant
can be smoothed with a gloved finger and lubricated with soap and water.
• A solid backing and good adherence to joint surfaces are required for submerged
circumstances. Concrete must be completely cured (4weeks).

• By protec ve the face edges of the joint, masking tape can easily used to
increase the neatness of the resul ng seal. This should be removed as soon
as the ZeloSeal Ik PU has been applied.

CURING :
• ZeloSeal PU may take up to 7 - 10 days for it to fully cure, depending on the
depth applied.

CLEANING OF TOOLS:
• Before curing, ZeloSeal Ik PU should be cleaned out of tools using a solvent
(white spirits). Only mechanical methods can be used to remove solid
material.

• ZeloSeal Ik PU comes in 600ML sausage packs.
• One packet is enough to fill 6 LM of 10mm x 10mm joint.
• For joints up to 10mm broad, the width-to-depth ra o is 1: 1.

AREA OF APPLICATION:
• ZELOWOOD LV is recommended for assembling and repairing all kind of
wood elements; heavy wood, light wood, cork carpentry, cardboard and
paper. Flat bonding, manhacture of doors and windows and high speed
gluing operations in the furniture industry. It can also be used for finger
jointing, edge bonding cold or hot pressing of decorative laminations,
wood veneers to wood or plywood, synthetic asbestos boards, chip
boards, block boards etc.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE:

BEDDING:
• To the prepared surface apply a solid bed of adhesive to a minimum thickness of
2mm. Ensure that the size of the working area can be les within the pot life of
the ZELOTILE - E The adhesive must be applied with a notched trowel to leave
ribbed bedding. If the Adhesive is used for bonding special le shapes such as
torelli, also lled the gaps o the back of the piece with the ZELOTILE - E mix before
laying. Press the pieces to be bonded be pressing them together to guarantee
good bu ering .Once set, the bond will be very tough.

MIXING:
• ZELOTILE - E is of heavy consistency and should be mechanically mixed. Pour the
reactor (Part B) into the base (Part A) and mix thoroughly by using a slow speed
electric drill with a paddle attachment. Mix for approx. 2 minutes or until a
uniform consistency and colour is obtained. For white colour mix at least for 5
minutes to ensure the homogenous mixing of both the components. Ensure that
mix quantity is used within the pot life of product.

JOINT PREPARATION:
• The grouting can be started after 24 hours from tile fixing. Clean the joints
thoroughly and remove any loose materials of tile adhesive and dust and make
sure the joints are dry.

COVERAGE:
• Consumption is 1.78 kg/m²/mm

PAKAGE & STORAGE:


• ZELOTILE - E is available in 3 kg unit. ZELOTILE - E should be stored in cool, dry
and shaded warehouses. Shelf life is 12 months when stored under cover, out of
direct sunlight, protected from extreme temperatures and as per
recommendations. In extreme tropical climate, the product must be stored in
cooled ambi- ence. Excessive humidity and over exposure to UV will result in the
reduction of shelf life.

HEALTH & SAFETY:
• ZELOTILE - E contains no hazardous substances. As with all construction
chemical products, caution should always be exercised. Protective clothing such
as gloves and goggles shall be worn whilst handling. Wearing long sleeve overall,
safety shoes and face mask is recommended for maximum safety. Reseal all
containers after use and ensure product is stored as instructed on the safety
section of the labeling. Treat any contact to the skin or eyes with fresh water
immediately. Should any of the products be accidentally swallowed, do not
induce vomittng, but call for medical assistance immediately. For more details,

DESCRIPTION
• Zelobond PVA a milky white latex polymer based on polyvinyl acetate that

TYPICAL USES:
• Sealer to concrete, plaster or other porous substrates for horizontal or ver cal

USING RATES:
• To determine the appropriate dosage of Zelobond PVA, laboratory trials should
always be followed by site trials. The doses listed below are basic guidelines for
various applica on condi ons.

ADMIXTURE:
• Zelobond PVA enhances mortar applica on quality, improves screed mechanical
strength, minimizes shrinkage, and has flawless adherence even on smooth
concrete. Add 5 liters of Zelobond PVA per 100 kg of cement for best bond
strength.
• Bitumen Primer: Stops bitumen coa ng leaking. Surfaces are primed with
Zelobond PVA diluted with equal quan es of water. This will result in an
effec ve for most oil-based paints and may be successfully applied over the
barrier.
• Bonding fresh and old concrete: Zelobond PVA ensures the substrate's stability,
quality, and durability by completely clean and free of oil, grease, and other
contaminants materials for proper adhering. Apply Zelobond PVA sealing coat
diluted with four parts clean water and let to dry.

APPLICATION:
• Lay the fresh concrete while the bonding layer of Zelobond PVA diluted
with an equal amount of water is s ll s cky. Add Zelobond PVA 20 to 30
liters/100kg cement
• usual dose suggested for thin floor screed with no cracks(standard to heavy
load).
• To fix surfaces with cracks or gaps, dilute Zelobond PVA with equal parts
water to make a paste with plaster, cement,or fine sand. This paste can be
used to adhere plaster boards, polystyrene les, and other materials to
ceilings and walls. If the bonding surface is porous, mix Zelobond PVA with
three mes the quan ty of water and prime the surface.
• The surface should be clean and clear of any undesired materials before
using it as a bonding agent for screeds, plaster, and rendering. The surface
is sealed with 1 part Zelobond PVA to 3 parts water. Then, as usual, apply
the onding coat (1:1) and render the screed or plaster. The same process is
used to join fresh and aged concrete.

KEEP IN MIND THAT:


• Do not use below 5 degrees Celsius.
• Over troweling should be avoided.
• Always comply to the mixing ra o and direc ons.
