Both cases need a clear help in their problems since on the one hand Melany has to look
for a place to live closer to the university but she is afraid since she does not know if the
place she will go it is safe and if it has what she needs and on the other hand Valverde
cannot continue wasting valuable time and not knowing if her future tenants are reliable or
