B. Using the decision making process below write down what actions you carried
out on the recent purchase you made.
Customer decisions making process:

1. Need recognition - I ordered new shoulder bag that will fit my daily basic
ootd.

2. Information search - I looked over the online store for a shoulder bag that
would satisfy me. I checked the reviews and did some brand comparisons. And
also watch some influencers.

3. Evaluation - I evaluated different shoulder bags based on their quality,


style, size and price.

4. Purchase - I bought the shoulder bag that satisfied me, comfortable with
my fits and a budget-friendly.

5. Post-Purchase Evaluation - After wearing the bag, I was really confident


and amazed of my ootd with the bag that I purchased. It was worth it specifically
the quality even though it was cheap price.

C. Explain what factors had an effect upon your purchase.

1. Personal - I choose the bag that I am comfortable carrying my stuff,


confident and it was easy to style.

2. Economical - I bought budget-friendly yet high-quality purchases.

3. Social - Before visiting the online store, I asked friends for suggestions
and watched some influencers on YouTube.

4. Technical – I evaluated the shoulder bag based on technical features, such


as carry-ability, strap tightly strength, and grab-ability.

D. Is Marketing Selling or Selling Marketing?


- It is Marketing Selling, because it offering a diverse product range through an e-
commerce platform at affordable prices. The brand strategically promotes its
products through social media, influencer collaborations, and user-generated
content, creating a dynamic and inclusive online shopping experience.
