INSTRUCTIONS:
You will work on the Project Activation Canvas (PAC) every day to develop your project and
your skills as an entrepreneur.

The PAC is used in the following way:


1. Each column corresponds to one day (Establish = Day 1, Inspire = Day 2, etc.). You will
work on the segments corresponding to each day, as an asynchronous activity.
2. Horizontally the PAC is divided into segments corresponding to your development as
an Entrepreneur (personal growth) and to the development of your Project.

DESCRIPTION OF EACH FIELD PER DAY:

DAY 1 - ESTABLISH
1. VISION (ENTREPRENEUR)- Reflect on your vision:
a. Who are you in 10 years? 5 years? What type of person do you want to become?
b. What are your long term goals and desired achievements?
2. SELF-​ANALYSIS (ENTREPRENEUR)
a. What are your main motivators and drivers to become the person you described in
your vision and why?
b. What are you missing? Why should you be striving to become the person in your
vision?
3. ACTIONS AGAINST PROCRASTINATION (PROJECT):
a. How can you take responsibility for your future? What are the actions you have to take
to create your future self through a concrete plan?
b. List concrete set of actions that will help you grow as an entrepreneur and help you
develop your future projects!
4. PROJECT DEFINITION (PROJECT):
a. What project you want to work on during this week? Define the scope and objectives of
the project.
b. How does this project connect to who you want to become in your vision? What will be
the impact of the project both for you and the ecosystem where you will implement it?
c. What are the resources you will need to make it happen?

DAY 2 - DEFINE & INSPIRE


1. REGRETS REFUTED (ENTREPRENEUR):
a. Based on the activity of the Top 5 Regrets, what are regrets you want to avoid in your
life? What are the concrete actions you should be implementing to avoid these regrets?
2. RISKS AND FEARS (PROJECT):
a. What are the main risks that could prevent your project from being successful?
b. What are the fears you have as an entrepreneur when you reflect on your project?

DAY 3 - DEFINE & INSPIRE

1. DEFINE CONCRETE SMART OBJECTIVES


a. Define a SMART objective for your project and for your personla growth
b. Define concrete action steps that you have to take, to make it happen!

DAY 4 - COLLABORATE
1. LEADERDHIP (ENTREPRENEUR):
a. Based on your experience during the teamwork, what are the roles you play in a team?
How can you develop the leader in you?
b. What skills and leadership styles do you need to improve to become the person from
your vision, and be able to lead your project?
2. DREAM TEAM (PROJECT):-​Reflect on the needs of your project:
a. What are the people that you will need in your team to make your project happen?
What skills are complementary to yours?
b. What are the competencies are you looking for in your team? How can you start
building your network and partnerships so you get access to these skills?

DAY 5 - SHARE
1. PITCH SKILLS TO MASTER (ENTREPRENEUR):
a. What skills did you have to master to be able to do your pitch on the last day of the
week? What did you learn about your capabilities as a presenter and speaker?
b. What communication skills do you think you need to work on to become the
entrepreneur and expert from your vision?
2. NEXT STEPS (PROJECT)::
a. Define a clear plan on what actions and steps you need to take after the week has
ended. What will be your commitment to the project?
b. What are the concrete next steps to make it happen?
