American Humanity

Regarding to Human Rights, American signed the Human Rights at the Inter-American Specialized
Conference on 22 November 1969.

With the reaffirming, recognizing, considering, reiterating, considering, the American included in the
signatory at the Convention.

According to the Article 1. Obligation to Respect Rights

The rights are on respect and freedom without any discrimination of race, colour, sex, language,
religion.

Article 1 is on the right to respect and freedom without any discrimination of race, colour, sex,
language, religion. In reality, the American has the opportunities in development of education,
economy, and other social sectors. In this growth, the freedom will be considering without the
discrimination of race, colour, sex, language, religion.

In respect to Article 4. Right to Life

Every person has the right to have his life respected. This right shall be protected by law and, in gen
eral, from the moment of conception. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his life.

In this right, every one has the protection for life in law. The American respect the life of any person
and even though himself or herself.

Anyone has the right for its life in law when any situation arise or face in difficulties. Right to life is
very essential for anyone as we all value only 1 second at all time.

In Article 7. Right to Personal Liberty, every person has the right to personal liberty and security.
Arbitrary arrest or imprisonment is subject to any one. Anyone who is detained shall be informed
about the reason for his detention.

Every person has the right to personal liberty and security at any time. The American attain the high
liberty as well as security respectively. As detainee, s/he get the information about the reasons.

In Article 13. Freedom of Thought and Expression

Everyone has the right to freedom of thought and expression.

The American’s human rights are apparent in the right to Freedom of Thought and Expression. The
American can attain the article on politics and social.
In Article 20, Right to Nationality

Everyone has the right to a nationality. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality or about
the right to change it.

This right is enormous for a person in a good condition. It’s strong for everyone to be the nationality
there.

There selected 5 number from the 82 Articles that are American Human Rights. Due to this
Humanity, the American is the one in popularized nations all over the world. Hence, anyone wish to
live and choose the America as the best country.
