Important Notice
Greetings from National Skill Development Corporation.
We are delighted to announce that the allocation of targets for the 10 Lakh candidates under PMKVY
4.0 has commenced till 31st July 2024.
The methodology for target allocation would be as per standard target allocation methodology
followed by PMKVY 4.0 Executive Committee.
The following entities are eligible to apply:
1. School Education System
2. Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) including Colleges/Universities Ecosystem
3. Central and State Government Institutes
4. Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs)
5. Polytechnics
6. Industry/Industry Association
7. Special projects as approved by the Executive Committee for PMKVY 4.0

Furthermore, institutes (except mentioned in point 3, 6 and 7 above), that have already received targets
and fulfill the below-mentioned conditions are eligible to apply for reallocation:
 Have successfully trained at least 75% of their allocated targets and,
 Do not have any monitoring issues.
Enclosed below is the link to the online form facilitating the collection of interest for both fresh target
allocation and reallocation from Schools, Higher Education Institutes, Industrial Training Institutes
and Polytechnics.
