I am Mr/Ms Wilson Capuno, legal age and

owns the 10D condo unit at TOWER 3 PIONEER

WOODLANDS located at Pioneer Street, Baranka
Ilaya, Mandaluyong City.
I will hereby legally mortgage my condo unit
mentioned above to Deajay Alega / Ryan Micaller
with an amount of 300k which is my profit of 20%,
and deduct the initial 10% from the 300k.
The mortgagor will get an amount of 270k
today October 1, 2022. The parties both agreed
that if the mortgagor can pay within two week’s
time the profit shall be 13%.

This agreement will be valid on any purpose
