AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, PHILIP ALTAMIA ARCIGA of legal age, married and a

resident of Sitio Centro, Barangay Dinginan, Roxas City, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say;

1. That at present, I am employed as utility worker in the office

of the Punong Barangay , Barangay Dinginan, Roxas City.

2. That in the morning of March 2, 2024 I was personally asked

and requested by our Barangay Captain to see and personally
informed MS. ELENIDA A. BARROSA about the meeting of
all farmers / cultivators in the morning of March 10, 2024 who
will be attended by representatives of DPWH - REGION VI,
Iloilo City, in connection with the opening of circumferential
road which will transverse their farm land;

3. That the construction of said road shall be undertaken by a

certain contractor named ROPRIM with Office Address at
Villa Los Palmas, Jaro, Iloilo City;

4. That complainant Barrosa and I met in the road of Sitio

Centro, Brgy. Dinginan, Roxas City, and I told and informed
her about the meeting and she said yes;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness

of all the foregoing.
