Dear LT. LANGCAMON,

Through this letter, I hereby demand you to pay the total quantity incurred of
P810,000 for the money that I gave you for the payment of vehicle you’ve
promised to give on 03 May 2021. As of today, no vehicle still in my possession,
and as we agreed you will return the money that I have given you with no interest.
As a collateral, you let me use your Blue Toyota Vios until such time you will give
back the money in full.
I attached the supporting evidence such as screenshots of conversations from
messenger and text messages.
If you ignore this notice, I, inform you that I will initiate all the legal procedures in
accordance with Military and National Laws, so that the payment of the amount
owed is carried out.
Please, use this letter as official demand notice that can be used as proof in court
in case you fail to pay. If this happens, you will also be responsible for any court
costs and fees.
I hope we can solve this problem in the simplest possible way for both of us. I hope
you can give me half, much better the full amount of money on _________ 2024.
