Describe a situation in which you led a team

- Last year I graduated. And like every graduate, the dream was to have a great graduation
party. Due to that I became the head leader of the organizational team. Due to Corona we
had to specicly plan every detail. So I separated my team into different teams for food,
program, decoration etc. I took the tasks of coordinating our budget, the coordination to the
outside as well as helping in each individual teams by addressing tasks which had to be done.
Due to our pretty tight timeplan it was a hurry. But I learned how to accomblish a lot under
pressure and time. In the end we all had an amazing graduation party and I was very happy
with the outcome.

How do you maintain good working relationships with you rcolleagues?

Tell me about a big decision you have made recently which had a major impact on your company?

- I took the decision to take a short course in the sales segment. It was an 8 week seminar
where I spend a lot of money on to get this qualification. It really helped me gather an
deeper understanding of myself and to use that to address different types of customers in a
Sales interview.
