Below forwarded emails from our colleague Sophia Tsang and the scissor platform
Provider (Modern Int’l) refers.

It is noted that the Provider is claiming FSJV for the loss of control panels for Scissor
Platform G2781 and G572. However, our site record shows that those two platforms were
being hired as per your request and under your custody. Surely, it is your responsibility to
take care all plants / equipment during the hiring period and return back to FSJV in good
conditions as soon as they are no longer to use. We consider all related costs incurred due
to the loss/damage shall be borne by you.

Please review the current status of plant and equipment on your job site and return back to
FSJV for those plant and equipment they are nor necessary.

Anyway, we now have an emailed copy (received at 11.12am today) and will review.
Many thanks.

Cheers,

Adrian
