Cheese Volcano pizzas - Veg

1. Take a Regular New hand tossed dough 2. Transfer it over Pizza screen keeping soft side 3. Place small aluminium cup up side down at the 4. Place pizza screen on top of Aluminium cup.

Points to remember
Sanitize your hands properly on regular intervals.
Always use NHT regular dough to prepare regular + volcano pizzas and NHT medium to prepare medium + Volcano pizzas.
Always keep the soft side down, of the dough while placing the dough over pizza screen
Always keep aluminium cup up side down in the center of dough before flipping the dough.
Post flipping the dough up side down gently press the dough from the center.
Processed cheese spread should be applied evenly over the edges and center of aluminium cup
The pizza should be cut till the edges of aluminium cup
Always remember to place corrugated sheet at bottom and parchment paper on top of the pizza.
Stretch the NHT medium dough to 13.5" for medium plus pizza.
We have to cut Regular plus pizzas in 6 equal slice and medium plus pizzas in 8 equal slices.

We have to spread peri peri sauce with squeeze bottle for Blazing chicken n paprika pizzas
We have to use Seasoned cheese blend / Pizza dairy blend in spiced double chicken.
The pizza should be cut till the edges of aluminium cup
