KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Recognition of Right of Way is made and entered into this ____
day of ______, 20, by and between the following :

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the parties are all residents of a parcel of land located in
________________________________________, and they have found a peaceful and
amicable manner of settling their dispute over a certain Right of Way.
WHEREAS, the parties recognize that the Right of Way (ROW) is located inside a
parcel of land owned by _______________________________________ in
______________________________________, Paknaan, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines,
and is currently being sold to them on an installment basis by the owner who is
also Grantor of the said Right of Way.
WHEREAS, the Grantor acknowledges that the Grantees has been using a portion
of the Grantor’s land as a right of way for ingress and egress to and from the
Grantee’s property;
WHEREAS the parties have been using the Right of Way, properly depicted in
the document attached herein and labeled as Annex A, for such a long time
with the permission of the Grantor;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and
agreements herein contained, the parties hereby declare and agree as follows:
1. The Grantor recognizes and confirms the Grantees’ right to use the
existing pathway or right of way which is one (1) meter wide and
situated within the Grantor’s property to access the Grantees’ land as
found in the attached picture or illustration labeled as Annex A.
2. The Grantees shall use the right of way reasonably and non-obstructively,
ensuring that it remains passable for both parties.
3. The Grantees shall indemnify and hold harmless the Grantor from any
claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Grantee’s use of the right
of way.

4. The said attachment (illustration) does not in any way provide the exact
size or area of the lots indicated therein but only to describe the direction
and the position of the Right of Way subject of this agreement.
5. This Deed of Recognition of Right of Way shall be binding upon the
parties and their successors.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands on the date
first above written.
