ORDER:-

In the circumstances reported by the Director of Labour, Telangana, Hyderabad

in the letter 2nd read above, Government hereby instructed the Director of Labour,
Director of Factories and Director of Boilers to develop and implement the dashboard in
their respective websites covering the following features, in terms of reform no.167
communicated by the EODB Team of Industries department:-

Mandate to publish an online dashboard in public domain with following features:

i. Clearly publish the data on number of applications received and granted, and
the time taken and fee incurred to grant approvals/certificate
ii. Highlight that the dashboard is updated preferably on real time or updated
regularly (daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly). Date and time of modification may
be mentioned

The dashboard should cover the following acts:

 License for contractors under provision of The Contracts Labour (Regulation

and Abolition) Act, 1970
 Shops and Establishment Act
 Principal employer's establishment under provision of The Contracts Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970
 Building and Other construction workers Act
 Establishment under the Inter State Migrant Workmen (RE&CS) Act, 1979
 Factories Act
 Registration / renewals under Boiler Act
 Registration / renewals under Boiler Manufacturer

2. The Director of Labour, Director of Factories and Director of Boilers shall take
necessary further action accordingly.
