LEAVE CATEGORY

Refers to Planned / Privileged leave which the employee earned in the previous year
Earned leave:
Prior approval is mandatory to avail this leave
These leave are granted for certain unforeseen situation or were you are require to go for one or two days leave.
Causal leave;
Prior approval is mandatory to avail this leave
It can be availed if the employee feels uncomfortable to work due to any kind of illness.
Sick leave:
Prior approval is not required and can be availed on the same day of request
10 days leave is applicable for the employee with the service tenure of more than 4 years in our concern
Marriage leave:
This leave can only availed at the time of the employee's wedding
Paternity Leave of 7days is applicable for the male employee at the time
Paternity Leave: of his childbirth within 30 days after the birth of the child. It benefits the
employee to take care of his newborn baby and the family
7 days’ vacation leave is applicable for the employees with continuity of service tenure for more than 5 years in our concern
This leave is granted to encourage the employees to spend their quality time with their families during the vacation
Vacation leave: Married employees can spent vacation with their spouse and their children
Bachelors can spent the vacation with their parents and siblings
Prior approval with the proof of vacation itinerary is mandatory to avail this leave.
Limited to Rs. 50,000/- for the engineer category
Limited to Rs. 25,000/- for the technician category
Leave Travel
Allowance: Applicable at the time of availing vacation leave
Hotel bills, Travel Tickets, Food bills & Amusement facilities tickets are
alone applicable

DLOP refers to one day deduction in leave (if available) and one day in Salary

NOTES

1. Leave compensation for Loss of pay:


There are times when the site engineers are scheduled to work on Sundays and National holidays and these days must be highlighted in their
monthly report / time sheet. These days shall be considered for compensation of LOP under certain conditions like OD and medical leave taken.
2. Leave management:
When the engineers are happened to have no work assignments at site or at office, they have been given OD (On duty) to take leave without
affecting their actual leave structure. Engineers shall make use of the opportunity given to them. Subsequently, Engineers must co-operate with
the Project team to bear the pressure when there is a need at site.
3. When an employee is on training period he is not entitled for any kind of leave. However, he can apply planned leave after the completion of
one-year training period and the same will be sanctioned subject to approval.
