RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental agreement is Made, and commencing from 24/06/2024

Residing At: No. 21, 7th D Cross, Nagaraj House, Rose Garden, Bangalore-560047.

Hereinafter referred to as the “LESSOR” (Owner) of the ONE PART

Residing at, No. 64/1, 2 Floor, Bazaar street, Behind Infant Jesus Church,

Viveknagar, Bangalore-560047.

Hereinafter referred to as the “LESSEE” (Tenant) of the OTHER PART.

The Terms LESSOR and LESSEE Shall Mean and Include Their Respective Heirs,
Executors, Administrator, Legal Representatives, Successors and Assignees,
Wherever the Context So Permits.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. ADVANCE: The total amount of security deposit is R. 50,000/- (Rupees


Fifty Thousand Only) by way of cash to the Owner and same shall be
refundable to the Tenant by the owner without any interest at the time of
vacating the schedule premises (after deducting the arrears of the rent,
painting cost for house and damage to the premises, with labour and other
miscellaneous expenses if any.
1) RENT: The Tenant should pay monthly rent of Rs.6,500/- (Rupees Six
Thousand Five Hundred Only) to the owner every month on or before 10 th day.
Inclusive of Water Charges.

2) DURATION: The Rental Agreement Shall be for a period of 11 (Eleven) Months


commencing from 24/06/2024.

3) GOOD CONDITION: The LESSEE shall maintain the schedule property and all
fixtures and fittings in a state of good order and condition and shall not cause
any damage or disfigurement to the schedule property therein.

4) NO SUBLET: The LESSEE shall not be entitled or permitted to assign, underlet or


sublet the schedule premises or any part thereof or part thereof Or Part with
possession of the above described property or any part thereof to anybody
whatsoever.

5) USER PROPERTY: The Schedule Property Shall Be Used By The Tenant Only For
Residential Purpose and should keep the house in good condition no any
damages shall be caused.
6) NO DAMAGES: The tenant shall not cause any kind of damages in the area of
living to any installation, fittings any damages are found the tenant has to pay the
cost of damages.

7) NOTICE: Terminating Of Lease 2 (Two) Months’ Notice in writing may


terminate this agreement by either parties.

8) ELECTRICITY AND WATER CHARGES: The Lessee shall pay the Electricity
charges to the Concerned Department and water charges are included in Rent.

9) PAINTING CHARGES: Tenant should pay Rs.6,000/- Towards painting charges


at the time of Vacating.
SCHEDULE
The Schedule Premises at No. 21, 7th D Cross, Nagaraj House, Rose Garden,
Bangalore-560047. Consisting of One Hall, One Bedroom One Kitchen, with attached
Toilet and Bathroom with water and electricity facilities.

In witness where of the LESSOR and the LESSEE have signed the deed of
Rental/Lease agreement on the day month and year above written.
