2317657 - Status CROK is set instead of CTCM when insp. lot is created

Symptom
When a goods receipt is posted system generates an inspection lot with status CROK (I0366 - Certificate receipt confirmed)
instead of CTCM (I0294 - Certif.confirmation missing). You expect CTCM, as you answered 'N No' to the question
'Cert.enclosed?' during the goods receipt.

Reproducing the Issue

In case of transaction MIGO:
1. Open transaction MIGO.
2. Enter Purchase order number and fill the required entries.
3. On tab 'Purchase Order Data' select 'N No' for question 'Cert. enclosed?'.

4. SAVE.
5. Open transaction QA03 and check the generated inspection lot. Status 'I0366 - CROK - Certificate receipt confirmed' is
active, CTCM was skipped:

Cause
A known root cause of this behavior is exit EXIT_SAPLQBCK_003 of enhancement QBCK0003. If this exit is active without
any code inside, it can lead to the mentioned, incorrect status change.

Resolution
Deactivate the exit EXIT_SAPLQBCK_003.
You can check easily, whether the exit is active or not in following way:
1. Open Transaction SMOD.
2. Enter QBCK0003 into the field Enhancement.
3. Click 'Test' button (or press F8).
4. If the traffic light is green, the exit is active. You can deactivate it with the 'Undo activation' button (or press Ctrl + F4).
