SIM CARD REGISTRATION AND DEREGISTRATION PROCESS

1. SIM CARD Registration is done at service center of any of the three Mobile Network operators
(MTN, TIGO and AIRTEL), upon presenting an ID.

2. Checking the numbers registered under your Name: Dial *125*NID# - this will respond with all
numbers registered to your national ID from all networks.
3. SIM Card Deregistration: Dial *125*1*MSISDN*NID#. This is possible only when the SIM CARD to
be deregistered is from the same mobile network as the one in the hand set used for SIM CARD
deregistration. If both SIM CARDS are from different operators, SIM CARD deregistration can be
done at service centers of the mobile Network operator where the SIM CARD to be deregistered
belongs.
