Minute Meetings & Employment Agreement (Acceptance Letter)

1. Minutes are formal records of the preceding of a meeting. What factors are
emphasized in minutes and what is the order in which they are structured?
A: Minutes, also known as minutes of meeting (abbreviation MoM), protocols or, informally,
notes, are the instant written record of a meeting or hearing.
2. As a student representative in the faculty meeting, you were also expected to prepare
minutes of the meeting. The issues discussed were as follows: Grades, Attendance,
Discipline, Vacations.
Write the minutes (a) with topical heading, (b) In point format, (c) Underlining the
start of the point.

methodology observed in them. Which of the formulations do you think is the most
effective and why?
