Dear Hon. Mukattil A. Adjail,

I am writing this letter to formally resign from my position as Barangay Treasurer

of Barangay Sangali, effective June 20, 2024.

I have enjoyed my time serving our community and am grateful for the
opportunities and experiences I have gained in this position. However, due to
better opportunity, on my new career, I am going to step down from my position.

I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition and will gladly assist in any way
possible to transfer my duties and responsibilities to my successor.

Thank you for your understanding and support. It has been an honor to serve our
community, and I am confident that Barangay Sangali will continue to thrive
under your leadership.
